Feedly Collection Sharing & A Pinterest Re-Vamp

It seems like sharing what’s currently inspiring you is an ongoing hot topic in the blog and freelance world. Most of us probably start our mornings with a few solid minutes of finger scrolling through our favorite sites before we jump into the tasks of the day.  For me, I start my mornings with a cup of french press coffee, my iPad (sometimes my laptop if I’m feeling ambitious) and my two favorite sidekicks – Pinterest & Feedly blog RSS.

I feel honored to be selected as one of Feedly Thought Leaders with the launch of their newest Collection Sharing feature. I absolutely love how seamless the Feedly RSS reader is and with the addition of the collaborative sharing tool, I’m hooked. You can hop on over to my shared collections page to see what I’ve been reading for morning inspiration. Interested in gaining early access? You can sign up here.

It’s been a long time since I’ve done a bit of house cleaning with my Pinterest page. Recently, I re-organized my pins to be easier to sift through with more specific Board titles. I’m hoping that finding inspiration will be a bit easier to locate. Some of my favorite boards  – For Our Home, Doorways & Entrances, & Perfectly Styled Corners.

Collection sharing will be invite only (and you can apply on that showcase page) for the first 30-60 days. Feedly Pro users will gain access shorty after and all users in early 2015.

  1. That’s awesome! That reminds me. my own blog feed is due for a clean-up! I find it so refreshing to unfollow everybody every six-ish months and just re-follow people I am actually still into. It’s like cleaning out your closet, you gotta do it a few times a year!

  2. Ouh ! Love that you can actually put the blogs in different categories. I get so easily lost in the waves of the thousands of posts and blogs that I follow and end up spending time on informations that I’m not interested on and missing the ones that I’d have liked to read. Definitely seems like a smoother way to organise your daily reads.

    1. That’s my favorite part as well. Some days I just want to catch up on my favorite mommy bloggers and other days it might be home interiors!
