5.22.11 - Veda House Veda House

1^ OMG what a crazy week at work. It was one of the busiest weeks I’ve had in while. It’s odd to be crazier than my normal crazy.
2^ I’ve moved onto the 3rd book of the Hunger Games. I really enjoyed book two 2 and think it is going to be my favorite. Do you have a favorite?
3^ I will most likely be going “HOME” over memorial day weekend. Haven’t been home since Christmas. Should be a good time and who doesn’t love extended holiday weekends?
4^ Side note: I really need to start working out regularly.
5^ Side side note: Yoga classes are cancelled all next week. #pissed #offtoagoodstart
6^ I made banana bread for the very first time this weekend. Recipe on the blog tomorrow!

Hi, I read the Hunger Gamers trilogy recently too. Very addictive reading but I can’t believe they’re aimed at teenagers – they’re a bit hectic (but maybe it’s just me going soft in my ‘old age’!).

It would be impossible to choose a favorite because they are all PERFECT! Did you know they cast Anthony Hopkins as Presient Snow… perfection. And Woody Harrelson as Haymitch. I think Nick Nolte would have been a better Haymitch, but Woddy will do. 🙂

I feel you – my week was crazy too. Traveled to Rochester and worked 10-12 hour days all week! So glad for the weekend 🙂

love the Hunger Games. ate them up in just a couple of weeks! the first one is my fave for sure but #2 is def a close second! cannot wait for the movies. 🙂
