Hey guys. I hope you are having a great week and have some exciting plans lined up for this weekend. The boy and I are having another lazy day in Portland OR, because it decided to rain on our parade. I think we’re alright with that through. 😉

Today we are going to check out the local IKEA. We don’t have one close to our city, so I think it’s going to be quite an adventure. I’m just bummed that I can’t really buy anything unless I want to ship it home. ick!

So far we are really enjoying our trip. Feeling the time coming to an end, but still have a bunch of things planned. Hope the sun shows it’s face again before we leave.

  1. man, despite the rain (oh, who am i kidding, it’s pouring here too), i am very jealous of you being in portland (always wanted to check it out) and going to ikea (they used to be in every direction when i lived in ontario…i miss them)

  2. Portland is so fun! I’m hoping to move up there w/ in the next couple of years. So much to do, so much to see. I love that you can spend your whole day outside and never tire of it. Not so in smelly dallas. :/ Hope you are having a blast and a half!

  4. Beautiful photograph. I love rainy days..I guess thats probably because I live in az where it hardly ever rains! ha.
    Ps, we just bought a huge shelving unit with glass doors from Ikea. It is beautiful, big and red! We love it!
