In Their Home // Design Love Fest

Let’s take a look into the living space of Bri from Design Love Fest. From what I can gather from Bri’s blog and her style is that she’s one little firecracker with an amazing sense of color. Her home/loft is a perfect reflection of her ability to put together rooms that are pleasing to the eye and it’s proof that she’s not one bit afraid to use color in her home. The images in this post were taken by Bonnie Tsang and the shoot was styled by Emily Henderson.

In Their Home // Photographer, Hilda Grahnat

If you follow the projects of Kinfolk or pin beautiful interior shots (with clocks in them), you’re most likely looking at the work and living space of photographer Hilda Grahnat. Hilda lives in Sweden as a graphic designer and commissioned freelance photographer. She often takes snapshots of her home’s interior, which is filled to the brim with an amazing vintage collection of goodies, specifically her table-top clocks. Stop by her blog to see what she’s been up to.

In Their Home // Time Of The Aquarius

Another lovely home for today’s “In Their Home” post. I’ve been following Minna’s blog (Time of The Aquarius) for some time now and she sure does have an eye for simplicity and she has mastered the method of decorating with black & white. Her family home is featured often on her blog, which focuses on interior design and scenes from day-to-day life. Minna is a freelance stylists and blogger for Deko Magazine. Stop by her blog and check it out!

In Their Home // Ungtblod

This week’s In Their Home post is an example of me stepping outside my comfort zone. haha. The lovely home of Ungtblod blog is one of chaos mixed with the right amount of beauty. This family lives in the moment and isn’t afraid to showcase what “real life” is like. Messes are captured, messy baby faces, untidy kitchens, stacks of shoes, and the piles of stuff you accumulate over time. I love this blog for that exact reason. No one is trying to hide the truth of everyday messes. Stop by the blog with a bit of patience…I guarantee you will have a good read.

In Their Home // The Brick House

I absolutely love Google’s description on this blog. “Renovating a mid-century cement brick house in the middle of retirement hell, making it awesome and doing it on a budget”. That pretty much sums it up in my opinion. You can find on Gallery-k how awesome renovation of interior of house can be planned.

The Brick House is a beautiful blog that documents home DIY projects as homowner Morgan Satterfield renovates her home into a Mid Century dreamland. I applaud her skills at hunting down amazing mid-century furniture pieces from the local craiglist and auctions. I know it takes a lot of patient and good timing to find the right pieces, because I myself choose to decorate my loft in this manner. Stop by her blog and check out the renovation. She has conveniently documented the reno by room with beautiful pictures and even some before/after shots.

Ne-Na is a blogger (Likainen Parketti) who lives in an old factory, but dreams of being an owner of her own home. Her current space is filled with everything I love; lots of black and white, with hints of gray and color. The only thing missing in my opinion is a few more furniture pieces with natural wood tones. I love everything about her space and would love to spend the weekend cozied up on her couch reading all her interior design magazines.

In Their Home // Yvestown

Oh boy. Another dream land to explore. This home feels like it’s been town out of Shabby Chic wonderland and then kissed by fairies. (whatever that means) What I’m trying to say is the color palette and patterns of this home remind me of Ms. Shabby Chic herself, but then the homeowner gets rid of all the country crap. Magical.

Homeowner and blogger of The Yvestown Blog, Yvonne (from Belgium) has a real skill at putting a space together and sticking with a theme. Please stop by her blog and see what else I wasn’t able to cram into this post. 🙂

In Their Home // Pinjacolada

This is another great home coming from Helsinki Finland. This home belongs to a design blogger and mama, Pinja of Pinjacolada, who has a passion in color and aesthetics, which is something I totally relate to. Pinja also adds in snapshots from her day to life while living in Finland with her little girl. Her home and personal spaces are incredibly colorful, well thought out, and extremely inviting.

I hope you enjoy her space as much as I do and find another great blogger to follow.

Another blogger with a charming home to look at. I feel lucky that I just keep finding the most beautiful homes. This home/blog (Mokkasin) makes me feel like a kid again and like I’ve landed in wonderland. So whimsy and fun. What do you think?

In Their Home // Varpunen

I keep stumbling upon the best blogs! This weeks In Their Home gives you a sneak peek inside the home of momma and blogger of Pikku Varpunen, from Finland. Suki, the blogger loves to decorate and organize her home. She’s really great at it and has an inspiring home that is making it’s impression all over the internet. Plus, she has a really sweet daughter, Varpu. She’s also the owner of the Big Cartel Shop called Varpunen where she sells graphic sacks.
